yeah...I think we could kayak that...

Well, we left Kentucky this morning at 7:00am - 30 minutes later than our intended departure time. After a brief side trip to find a fish sandwich for lunch in Cleveland (never could find the place, ended up eating Chick-fil-a for lunch), we finally made it to our hotel in Buffalo, NY around 3:30pm. Some quick freshening up and we left for Niagara Falls.

This was Jenny's first trip to the Falls.

And of course, here are the parents!

This was my second time to Niagara and the second time we jumped out of the car, took a picture, and left. Still haven't made it to the other side to view the rest of the Falls.

Good thing about today was that it wasn't that crowded there. Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are not officially open and it was somewhat cold.

After the trip to Niagara, we had a great debate over where to go for dinner: Duff's or Anchor Bar. Jenny and I ended up dropping the parents off at the hotel so they could catch the start of the game and we went to Duff's to get carry-out.

Now I lay in bed while the game continues in the background, contemplating falling asleep at 8:30pm. Tomorrow we go to Portland, the potential city I may call home for the next three years. It is a 9.5 hour drive so I think I will fall asleep as soon as the game is over, I don't think I could get sleep with the family cheering loudly at the TV!
